Refund Policy
Please read our policy regarding refunds for premium listing upgrades and advertisements.
1. Premium Listing Upgrades
Payments made for premium listings, TOP ad features, and other promotional tools are non-refundable once the ad has been successfully published and promoted.
2. Account Bans & Removals
If your account or listing is removed due to a violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued for any active promotions associated with that account.
3. Technical Errors
If you were charged multiple times due to a technical error on our platform, please contact support within 7 days. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
